How We Make Our Products

Measuring

We use a variety of woods. Ash, Cherry and Mahogany. All of our woods come directly from the saw mills so it arrives in full thickness with a moisture content of 6-8%. This is what fine quality furniture is made from.

The wood arrives full thickness(example, our 4/4 ash is a full 1" thick) then taken through various milling procedures until it is finished to 13/16". This creates a fine piece of furniture that will last for years.

All of our parts are mortised and tenoned for a strong lasting fit. We do not use pocket screws in any of our products. Pocket screws have a tendency to loosen up over time.

Our caskets are all doved tailed not only for looks but for the secure feeling that your pet is safe in their final resting place. All of our caskets have full casket hardware.

Certain parts are fabricated on our overhead router such as our diner tops. This also allows us to customize special orders. All of our "solid surface" diners tops are fabricated this way from 12' sheets.

All of the legs and feet we use for our diners along with our bed posts are turned on our Intorex CNC lathe. By manufacturing our parts "in house", strict quality control, makes each part perfect for a perfect fit when assembling.

Our crate panels, diner tops, and large tops are glued under even pressure in our glue wheel under strict climate control for maximum bonding of the glue we use.

All of our products are finished with General Finishes brand of water-base stains and polyurethanes which are safe for pets and environmentally safe. If you need to match woodwork in your home or another piece of furniture, we can match any color you may need. We also offer milk paint colors from General Finishes too.

We stitch all our pillows and cushions at our facility. This way we can assure top quality of our products

After a final inspection, our diner are packed for shipping. Our crates are packed with a Sealed Air expansion foam system to ensure safe arrival of your crate. If your crate is a custom size and needs to be freighted, we have quality transit companies we deal with depending on where it is being shipped.
